The official American Bar Association (ABA) reported 94.96% employment for Cumberland School of Law’s class of 2022. This measure represents graduates who are eligible for employment up to 10 months following graduation. The percentage excludes graduates who are continuing their education, such as those pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Professor Brannon P. Denning's new casebook "American Constitutional Law: Powers and Liberties" was published in spring 2023. The Seventh Edition is updated through the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2021-22 term and addresses the basics of constitutional law without getting too detailed in highly theoretical discussions.
